At our core is EDUCATING everyone so that we can BUILD BRIDGES with our work. In the past, we have found that the simplest form of communication is DANCE AND MUSIC. This transports you to a place where you have NO WORRIES. Just with a glimpse of an eye or eye contact we are able to transcend to a different level. It’s not just the music, its just not the dance, it’s the ambience, the environment that is created by the MCAD INstructor – to just BE!
Where you don’t have to question or think about what needs to be done. With a LASER FOCUS you areengrossed on the movements and grooving to the music.

In your Entrepreneurial Journey, what has been your biggest AHA moment?
I think there have been many but I will just point the one that changed the business tradjectory. I realized that until I IMPROVED myself , in terms of gaining knoweldge, business relationships etc. the business would not improve. I am always at work on myself and always want to operate at my highest optimum level.
What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?
At the beginning of my Entrepreneurial journey, I didn’t have much time to spend with family. I was always working long hours. But in the past 7 years, my biggest accomplishment has been regularly scheduling time with my family, and learning to prioritize myself over work. It’s not perfect but it’s much better than it used to be
